1. The LGU-SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, received a grant from the SGLG Incentive Fund 2024 amounting to TWO MILLION PESOS (PHP 2,000,000.00) and intends to apply this amount being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINAGE AT SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ PARK, BRGY. CATALANACAN and PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER SCM-INFRA-06112025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Forty Three (43) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
