1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the 20% Development Fund- Flood Control System (Current 2025), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS & 80/100 ONLY (₱ 2,997,430.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINAGE at E.S. Binghay St., Aliwanay, Balamban, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Balamban now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINAGE at E.S. Binghay St., Aliwanay, Balamban, Cebu. Completion of the Works is required 68 Working Days.
