In view of two (2) failed public biddings, DENR-PENRO Aklan invites all interested contractors to participate in the NEGOTIATION for the Construction of Storage Facility located in Jawili, Tangalan, Aklan, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
Through the General Appropriations Act (GAA), DENR-PENRO Aklan intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (PhP 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Storage Facility.
