1. The Local Government Unit of Barangay Sta. Cruz Rosario, Agusan del Sur invites qualified and eligible bidders to bid for CONSTRUCTION OF STORAGE BUILDING, with an Agency Budget Cost of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE AND 23/100 only (Php276,685.23).

2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 , otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” Subject to exemptions stated in this bidding documents, all bids will be opened. The bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post qualification stage in order to finally determine its responsiveness to the technical and financial requirements of the project. The contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during the post-qualifications.
