“Construction of a State of the Art Event Center Phase II”
1. The Provincial Government of Occidental Mindoro (PGOM), through the FY 2025 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Pesos Only (P7,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of a State of the Art Event Center Phase II” (Ref. No. 325-2025). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Description of the above Project is as follows: “Construction of a State of the Art Event Center Phase II with the total area of 130.00 sq. m. at second floor with the item of works of Architectural Design and Amenities, Structural, Electrical and Other Civil Works as per plan and specification” and is located in Capitol Compound, Brgy.
