BARANGAY OYAN intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS POINT NINETY FOUR CENTAVOS (P 283,730.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OF BRGY. HALL STAGE @ BRGY. OYAN_under PR No. 01-19-2025-001 dated JANUARY 19, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The BARANGAY OYAN now invites duly licensed bidders to bid for the procurement of the above-captioned package. Delivery of the goods is required by thirty (21) working days. Eligible bidders are those who have renewed their Mayor-s Permit, DTI Registration, PhilGEPS Certificate and Income/Business Tax Return. Bidder should also submit Omnibus Sworn Statement.
