1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Current Appropriation, Annual Budget CY 2024, Special Programs/Project: Irrigation Development Project - Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty One and 39/100 (PHP2,999,821.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Spring Development System, Barangay Pigsag-an; SN 114 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for: a) Construction of Intake Box b) Construction of Reservoir Tank c) Fabrication of Ladder Rung d) Installation of Pipelines and Distribution outlets.
