Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Spring Development Project

1. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte, through the 20% DF intends to apply the sum of P 702,957.28 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Spring Development Project Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Southern Leyte now invites bids for Construction of Spring Development Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract within two years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
