Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED:

Construction of South Market Water Treatment Plant, Brgy. Villa Kananga (Phase 1 Additional)

1. The City Government of Butuan, through the City Engineering Department-Special Purpose Appropriations: Development Projects under City Ordinance No. 7180-2024 (SB#6) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,548,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of South Market Water treatment Plant, Brgy. Villa Kananga (Phase 1 Additional). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Butuan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Seventy Five (75) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
