1. The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office VI, Iloilo City, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum for FORTY EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR THOUSAND FIFTY FIVE PHILIPPINE PESOS AND 38/100 (Php 48,534,055.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Solar Powered Pump Irrigation Systems/Projects in the Provinces of Aklan and Capiz CY 2025 with Contract Reference No. NIAR6-AKLAN-CAPIZ-EPIP-SOLAR-CW12-2025.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration Regional Office VI, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Project locations are the following:
