1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Three Million One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos Only (P 193,179,382.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Solar Powered Pump and Irrigation Facilities in 3rd District of Tarlac with IB No. NIAR3-2025-TAR-SOLAR-11 located in Concepcion, and La Paz, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
