the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Solar-Powered
Desalination Plant for Potable Water Supply at Brgy. Western Cabul-an Island,
Buenavista, Bohol. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
