1. The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR DRYER IN SITIO SURCOC LOCATED AT BARANGAY TUROD, SUDIPEN, LA UNION / INFRA 25-10-107. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union now invites bids for being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR DRYER IN SITIO SURCOC LOCATED AT BARANGAY TUROD, SUDIPEN, LA UNION.
