Description : CONSTRUCTION OF SNAKE ISLAND MARINE RESEARCH CENTER - PHASE II (pal-25-07-114)

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Office - PENRO Palawan through the Continuing Appropriations of FY 2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Six Million Pesos (Php 36,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Snake Island Marine Research Center (Phase II) of DENR PENRO Palawan with Project Identification Number pal-25-07-114. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - PENRO Palawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Five Hundred Forty-Eight (548) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
