(b) The deadline for the submission and receipt of bids is January 06, 2025 at 8:30 AM, the duration of advertisement/posting of the Invitation to Bid is December 13, 2024 until January 06, 2025, 8:30 AM;

(c) The Procuring Entity-s BAC shall immediately conduct a detailed evaluation of all bids rated “passed,” using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria:

(d) Items is grouped into one single lot. The bidder with the lowest calculated and responsive bid will be declared the winner: and

(e) Only Bidders who have paid their bidding documents on or before the deadline are allowed to participate in the bid opening
