1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources XII-4, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office-PENRO Sarangani, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos (Php 3,985,732.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Small Water Impounding System of CENRO Glan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources XII-4, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office-PENRO Sarangani now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
