1) The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office Misamis Occidental, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Three Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 7,325,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Small Water Impounding System, Brgy. Carmen, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental (100 CU.M.). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office Misamis Occidental now invites bids for Construction of Small Water Impounding System, Brgy. Carmen, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental (100 CU.M.). Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Sixty (160) Calendar Days.
