INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS:

(a) Bidding document can be downloaded from the PhilGEPS website and at the New PENRO Building, Casamata Hill
National Park, Bangued, Abra from April 04, 2025 until May 06, 2025, 1:30 PM;

(b) The deadline for the submission and receipt of bids is May 06, 2025 at 1:30 PM, the duration of
advertisement/posting of the Invitation to Bid is April 04, 2025 until May 06, 2025, 1:30 PM;

(c) The Procuring Entity-s BAC shall immediately conduct a detailed evaluation of all bids rated “passed,” using
nondiscretionary pass/fail criteria:

(d) Items is grouped into one single lot. The bidder with the lowest calculated and responsive bid will be declared the winner: and

(e) Only Bidders who have paid their bidding documents on or before the deadline are allowed to participate in the
bid opening
