INVITATION TO BID FOR

CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION WORKS

1. The Barangay Matampay Bucana, Lala, Lanao del Norte, through the 20% Barangay Development Project intends to apply the sum of Php 183,850.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection Works. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Matampay Bucana, Lala, Lanao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The Completion of Work is required Forty-Six (15) Calendar Days Delivery of the Goods is required by: To be delivered within 15 Calendar days from the acceptance of Notice to Proceed”. Bidders should have completed, within the last two years with an amount of at least 25% of the ABC from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
