Tender are invited for CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION AT KAMORA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Description : 1. The Department of Education - Cordillera Administrative Region
Regional Office (DepEd-CAR RO), through the 2024 General
Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million
Fifty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos Only (Php
4,057,658.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE
PROTECTION AT KAMORA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL with
identification number DepED-CAR RO CB 2024-12-033. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The DepEd-CAR RO now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days after
seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding
procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified
