The LGU - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 intends to apply the sum of Forty-three Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 43,875,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection Along Sta. Lucia - Salcedo Bridge Approach (Road Concreting and Stone Masonry / Construction Of Concrete Revetment River Control including Backfilling) - Brgy. Paoc Norte, Sta.
