1. The Local Government Unit of BUGUEY, through the LEE-Buguey Waterworks Cy 2025 Capital Outlay-Water Supply System, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P 346,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Settling Tank at San Lorenzo, Buguey, Cagayan Re-Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Buguey now invites bids for the Construction of Settling Tank at San Lorenzo, Buguey, Cagayan Re-Bid. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
