Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF SEPTIC MOUND SYSTEM AT SANITARY LANDFILL, BARANGAY CABALAGNAN, BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN SAMAR

1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Capital Outlay, CSWMO, Annual Budget 2025, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Twenty Pesos and Twenty Centavos only (Php7,999,020.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Septic Mound System at Sanitary Landfill, Brgy. Cabalagnan, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for construction of chamber no. 1 of the septic mound system with 12.10m gravity retaining wall and concreting of 199.37m x 6.10m PCCP (two-lanes) with reblocking of 16.76m x 6.10m PCCP (two-lanes) and 441.11m earth canal/line ditch and other works.
