  Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the PDRRMF Special Trust Fund CY-
  2023 apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred
  
  Fifty-Seven Pesos and Fifty Four Centavos (Php 4, 858, 857.54) being the Approved
  Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of
  Seawall (Phase 3), Brgy. Lipata, Culasi, Antique. Bids received in excess of the ABC
  shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Construction of Seawall
  (Phase 3), Brgy. Lipata, Culasi Antique. Completion of the Works is required One
  Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10)
  years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
