Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL AT BRGY. COLAB-OG
1) The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos and 73/100 (Php 1,999,840.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL AT BRGY. COLAB-OG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU- Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL AT BRGY. COLAB-OG. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
