Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL AT BARANGAY MAKAWAYAN, TINGLOY, BATANGAS
1)The Municipality of Tingloy, through the TERM LOAN, LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (PHP3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL AT BARANGAY MAKAWAYAN, TINGLOY, BATANGAS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tingloy now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SEAWALL AT BARANGAY MAKAWAYAN, TINGLOY, BATANGAS.4 Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 120 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
