INVITATION TO BID
1.0 The Barangay Government of Pantalan, Municipality of Carles, Province of Iloilo through Provincial Aid intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty Five Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Eight pesos and Ninety Nine Centavos only (Php 945,588.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Sea Wall Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2.0 The Barangay Government of Pantalan, Carles, Iloilo now invites bid for the Construction of Sea Wall of Brgy. Pantalan, Carles, Iloilo. Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Ten Days (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II - Eligibility Documents.
