CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL HEALTH FACILITIES
(BANICA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)

1. The Department of Education - Division of Roxas City, through NGA, the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Pesos and 50/100 (P2,389,970.50) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of School Health Facilities (Banica Elementary School) with Project ID Number 2025-005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Procurement for the above-mentioned project shall be conducted “Short of Award” pending the release of the Sub-Allotment Release Order (SARO).

2. The Department of Education - Division of Roxas City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 Calendar Days.
