1. The Local Government Unit of Pinabacdao, through the 2025 MDF intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of School Building in Calampong E.S. at Brgy. Calampong, Pinabacdao, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Items of works are stated below:
