1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA-BFAR) Regional Office IX, through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five Pesos and Ninety-five Centavos Only Only (₱ 2,299,985.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Bid Reference No. 2025-023 for the “Construction of Sardines Office and Laboratory Building in MBDFF, Fisheries Drive, Mampang, Zamboanga City for Official Use of the National Stock Assessment Program”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
