Invitation to Bid for
Construction of Roads at Purok 1, 2, 3 & 7

1. The Barangay Government of Barangay Sibuan - Otong, City of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 255,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Roads at Purok 1, 2, 3 & 7 at Barangay Sibuan - Otong, City of San Fernando, La Union (Project Identification Number 09-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Barangay Sibuan - Otong, City of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 20 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
