Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Road Leading to Indigent Cemetery, Ibaan, Batangas

1. The Municipal Government of Ibaan, Batangas, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and 18/100 Only (P 1,643,573.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Road Leading to Indigent Cemetery, Ibaan, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

6. The Municipal Government of Ibaan, Batangas now invites bids for the preparation of 1,050 sq. m. RROW leading to German S. Guerra Memorial Cemetery. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
