  Description : The Provincial Government of Antique, through the SP Resolution No. 542-2025(1)
  Supplemental Budget No. 05 -2025 apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Forty
  Three Thousand Four Hundred Sixteen Pesos and Twenty Two Centavos (Php 4, 843,
  416.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
  contract for Construction of Road, Embrangga-an, Barbaza, Antique. Bids received in
  excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Provincial Government of Antique now invites bids for Construction of Road,
  Embrangga-an, Barbaza, Antique. Completion of the Works is required Seventy Four
  (74) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the
  date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description
  of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
