BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR COSTRUCTION OF ROAD CY 2025-20% EDF
1. The Barangay of Panciao, Municipality of Manjuyod, through the CY 2025-20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (₱724,625.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Road with PR No.: 2025-009 dated July 21, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay of Panciao, Municipality of Manjuyod now invites bids for Construction of Road CY 2025-20% EDF. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirement. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
