The Barangay Buenavista, Municipality of Palompon, through the Supplemental Budget 2025 for the Construction of Road Concreting, Phase 2 located at Barangay Buenavista, Palompon, Leyte amounting to Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Seven Pesos and Sixty-Four Centavos (P 899,957.64) intends to apply the sum of the same amount Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Seven Pesos and Sixty-Four Centavos (P 899,957.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Contract for No. 2026-1601-003- Construction of Road Concreting, Phase 2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
