1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the General Fund of the 2025 Annual Executive Budget approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No. 1121 s. 2024, intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Five Hundred and Eighty Two Thousand Pesos (₱17,582,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction Of Road And Box Culvert At Ph.9, Pkg. 7C, Brgy. 176- E, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City. (General Scope of Work; General Requirements, Earthworks, Roadworks/ Concrete Pavement, Box Culvert, Disposal of Waste Materials).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids
