1. The City Government of Surigao, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Two Pesos and Forty One Centavos (Php2,234,692.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Rizal Mini Public Market, Phase 2, Brgy. Rizal, this city (ITB No. Infra-26-074). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for Construction of Rizal Mini Public Market, Phase 2, Brgy. Rizal, this city (ITB No. Infra-26-074). Completion of Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
