1. The Provincial Government of Cagayan through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum THIRTY MILLION PESOS ONLY (30,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION / IMPROVEMENT / REHAB OF RETIANING WALL, SLOPE PROTECTION , BOX CULVERT LINE DRAINAGE - CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER PROTECTION WORKS AT STA. TERESITA MUNICIPAL HATCHERY, STA. TERESITA, CAGAYAN ( 2025-20%DF - 8000-1-1-08-002-016- TER- 103).Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) calendar days.
