CONSTRUCTION OF RIVER FLOOD CONTROL @ TRANSPORT
TERMINAL

1. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar, through the GENERAL FUND, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO PESOS AND 16/100 (Php2,299,372.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of River Flood Control @ Transport Terminal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of San Isidro, Northern Samar now invites bids for Construction of River Flood Control @ Transport Terminal. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Three (103) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
