Invitation to Bid

CONSTRUCTION OF RHU- III GENERATOR SET SHED
AND INSTALLATION OF FEEDER LINES

1. The Municipal Government of Bayambang, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the
sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 320,000.00) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
CONSTRUCTION OF RHU- III GENERATOR SET SHED AND INSTALLATION OF
FEEDER LINES / NJQ-INFRA-06-2025-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Bayambang now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Completion of the Works required is WITHIN TWENTY-SIX (26) CALENDAR DAYS.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).
