1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the 20% Development Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and 37/100 (PhP 799,746.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Retaining Wall (Slope Protection Structure) at Poblacion Dos, Malabuyoc, Cebu with Advertisement Number 2025-044. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the above procurement project, Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
