Description : 1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Opol, Misamis Oriental, through the Budget of the LGU-Opol (20% Development Fund - Solid Waste Management Project) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos and 23/100 (Php 3,987,940.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Residual Containment Area (RCA) No.5 at Patag, Opol, Misamis Oriental/ OPOL 2025-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Opol now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
