1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through the General Fund - CEO intends to apply
the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred EightyOne & 62/100 Pesos ( ₱ 3,586,781.62) Only being the total Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF RESCUE /
SEA PATROL BOAT & BOAT SHED WITH EMBARKATION / LAUNCHING DECK
PHASE II under Project Reference No. CW 2024-04-002 . Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required with in 210 calendar days . Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
