1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Fund, intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-THREE PESOS & 06/100 ONLY (₱ 6,294,643.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE CANAL WITH COVER at Sitio Birhen sa Carmen, Highway, Baliwagan, Balamban, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
