1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the 20% Development Fund- Flood Control System (Current 2025), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX PESOS & 20/100 ONLY (₱ 1,991,266.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF REINFORCED CANAL WITH COVER at E.S. Binghay St., Baliwagan, Balamban, Cebu. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
