Invitation to Bid for the
Construction/Rehabilitation of the Public Market (Phase II)
1. The City Government of Tacurong, through the DBP Loan intends to apply the total sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Six Million Four Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Two and 99/100 (Php236,432,622.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Cluster of Construction of 3-Storey Public Market Building along National Highway and Construction of 3-Storey Public Market Building along Bonifacio Street with Project Identification Number 2024-CW-039. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Tacurong now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days upon the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
