Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos & 76/100 (Php8,845,573.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Regional Crop Protection Center in Barcenaga, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the for the above-titled procurement. Completion of the works is required in two hundred eleven (211) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)... - Documents :
