  Description : 1) The National Irrigation Administration-Cotabato Irrigation Management Office, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), General Appropriations Act (GAA)- 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos & 85/100 (Php 13,853,380.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Rectangular Canal Lining for Batunewla CIS-Package 1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Cotabato Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 270 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
