Construction of Ransang SIP Dam Structures
1. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriate Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Two Million Five Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Eighty-Five Pesos and 11/100 (42,568,085.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Ransang SIP Dam Structures with Contract Number: PALIMO-SIP-RNSNG-45M-CY25-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA - Palawan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
