MUNICIPALITY OF MATANAO

1.The Local Government Unit of Matanao has received financial assistance from DA-RFO XI for the Establishment of Livestock Development Project (Rabbit/Breeder Farm) in the amount of Two Million Pesos & 00/100 (Php 2,000,000.00). The BAC of the LGU intends to apply the amount of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php 600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment of civil works under the contract for the Construction of Rabbit House at Barangay Poblacion, Matanao, Davao del Sur under Project I.D. No. 45-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Local Government Unit of Matanao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project applying the IRR of RA No. 12009. Completion of the Works is required within Fifty Calendar Days (50 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
